I make these in place of Naan Bread every time we cook an Indian Curry for dinner. My kids love them and Master Four prefers these over store bought Naans.
Heat oven to about 70°C. This is to keep the flat breads warm until ready to serve.
Weigh and divide the dough into even sized balls. (I use half the dough recipe and make it into 3 flat breads when I cook Indian for dinner).
Roll each ball out till they are quite thin (about 2-3 mm).
Heat a frying pan with butter in in till it's nice and hot. Place one of the flat breads in and cook until it's lovely and golden.
Flip the flat bread over and spread some butter over the cooked sized.
When the other side is golden and it's cooked through, place it on a paper towel on a plate. Spread butter on the side that just cooked and place in the warm oven.
Repeat with the rest of the dough, keeping them in the oven until needed.
